About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and friendly reception to guests upon arrival and manage efficient check-in processes
- Maintain clear and courteous communication with guests and colleagues via in-person, phone, and email
- Oversee accurate processing of guest reservations and special requests using property management systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests to resolve issues and provide personalized recommendations
Requirements
- Background in hotel, hospitality, or customer-facing environments
- Ability to articulate information clearly and professionally
- Proactive approach to addressing guest needs and exceeding expectations
- Ability to work a dynamic schedule including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts
- Valid working rights in Australia or New Zealand
