Night Groom

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests arriving or departing during the night, ensuring a seamless and luxury check-in/check-out experience
• Handle guest luggage with care and efficiency, escorting them to their suites or villas
• Oversee the security, tranquility, and administrative management of the Front Office operations during the night shift
• Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety, security, and compliance with Barrière Group procedures and LQA standards
• Coordinate with the night housekeeping and room service teams to ensure flawless preparation for early morning arrivals
• Anticipate guest needs and handle any overnight emergencies or complaints with diplomacy and efficiency

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
• Proficiency in Opera software
• Fluency in English and Greek
• Valid driving license
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
