Night Factory Cleaner

Responsibilities

• Deep cleaning of production areas and associated equipment
• Ensure accurate cleaning records at all times
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to COSHH regulations
• Ensure hygiene tools and cleaning chemicals are stored correctly
• Record and report any hygiene or food safety concerns or incidents
• Provide support to the hygiene team and focus on continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in cleaning practices or previous hygiene work
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (3 to 5ºC)
• Ability to handle periods of long standing and occasional heavy lifting
• Understanding of the fresh food sector (Desirable)
• CIEH Food Safety Level 2 (Desirable)
