Night Club Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including bar service, kitchen coordination, and inventory management
• Develop and implement creative F&B strategies that align with the club’s brand
• Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of F&B staff
• Monitor and control costs, including labour, food, and beverage expenses
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan and execute promotions and special events
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a nightclub, bar, or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
