About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, including bar service, kitchen coordination, and inventory management
- Develop and implement creative F&B strategies that align with the club’s brand
- Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of F&B staff
- Monitor and control costs, including labour, food, and beverage expenses
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan and execute promotions and special events
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a nightclub, bar, or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
