Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits, reporting, and balancing for all hotel departments to ensure account accuracy
• Review end-of-day takings against logged reports and reconcile credit card systems
• Manage overnight reservations, check-ins, and departures with high attention to data accuracy
• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional, and courteous manner
• Handle cash and credit transactions and ensure accurate guest billing
• Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly and empathetically
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentability of the reception and public areas
• Answer telephone calls efficiently and report operational issues to the relevant departments

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• High level of attention to detail and a passion for hospitality
• Proactive, energetic, and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
• Previous experience with hotel pre-openings
