Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Handle reception duties during the night, including visitor reception
• Act as the first point of contact for customers, guests, and employees
• Advise and support guests
• Manage telephone services, including consultations and handling bookings/reservations
• Monitor security systems and perform regular patrols

Requirements

• Minimum IHK instruction according to §34a GewO
• Very good German and good English skills (written and spoken)
• Professional experience in gastronomy, hospitality, or customer service
• Proficient PC skills
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
• Confident and friendly demeanor with high communication and organizational skills
• No criminal record or relevant entries in the certificate of conduct
• Minimum age of 18
