Responsibilities

• Contribute to the optimal workflow of the night reception operations
• Reconcile the daily financial figures
• Respond flexibly and adaptively to guest requests
• Maintain high service quality to ensure an excellent guest experience

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage but not required
• Fluency in German and English
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Clear and effective communication skills
