Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal workflow of the night reception operations
• Reconcile daily financial figures
• Respond flexibly to guest requests and concerns
• Maintain high service quality for guests throughout the night

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mentality and reliability
• Proficiency with digital tools and new systems
• Effective communication skills
