Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of the Guest journey and experience are delivered at the highest level
- Proactively work to ensure Guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the Reception Department
- Provide a warm welcome and handle check-in and check-out processes
- Act as a problem-solver to ensure a seamless guest experience during night shifts
Requirements
- Flexibility and a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Creativity in problem-solving
- Passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Readiness to work night shifts
- Previous experience in a similar position is welcome, preferably in the hospitality industry
