Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of the Guest journey and experience are delivered at the highest level
- Provide a warm welcome and ensure guest satisfaction
- Work proactively to ensure the smooth functioning of the Reception Department
- Handle check-in and check-out processes during night shifts
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Polish and English
- Readiness to work night shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving creativity
- Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
