Responsibilities
- Ensure guest satisfaction and smooth front office operations during the night shift
- Act as a "superhero" for guests, managing all aspects of their journey and experience
- Handle check-in and check-out processes with a warm and professional attitude
- Work proactively within the Reception team to maintain high service standards
- Solve problems creatively to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hotel industry
- Fluency in both Polish and English
- Full availability to work night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- A "Yes I Can!" attitude and a passion for hospitality
