Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the guest relations team and lead by example
• Anticipate and deliver all aspects of the guest journey
• Ensure a seamless and secure guest experience during overnight shifts
• Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of guest services
• Manage check-in and check-out processes and other overnight operations

Requirements

• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Flexibility and a positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Eye for detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Must live in Norway or be in the final stages of relocation
• Availability for a schedule of 7 consecutive working days on and 7 consecutive days off

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of PMS systems, preferably SAP
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language
