Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal workflow of the night reception operations
• Reconcile daily financial figures and accounts
• Respond flexibly and adaptively to guest inquiries and needs
• Maintain high service quality to ensure an exceptional guest experience

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is an advantage but not required
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Clear and effective communication skills
