Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours
• Comply with safety policies and fulfill administrative and legal duties
• Manage unexpected incidents with patience and empathy
• Work proactively with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and Front Office efficiency

Requirements

• Fluency in English (essential)
• Flexibility and a positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is appreciated but not essential
