About the role
Responsibilities
- Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival
- Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes
- Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash transactions
- Responds to guest inquiries and handles complaints or requests timely
- Performs general administrative functions including answering front desk lines and tracking guest satisfaction scores
- Complies with all system policies and procedures
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of hotel front desk experience desired
- Strong customer service skills and professional manners
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly manner
