About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greets and welcomes guests upon arrival
  • Manages guest check-in, check-out and billing processes
  • Handles sensitive guest information including room assignment and credit card/cash transactions
  • Responds to guest inquiries and handles complaints or requests timely
  • Performs general administrative functions including answering front desk lines and tracking guest satisfaction scores
  • Complies with all system policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2 years of hotel front desk experience desired
  • Strong customer service skills and professional manners
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond in a friendly manner
  • Reliability and integrity
