Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Act as Front Desk Receptionist, Concierge and PBX Operator during the overnight shift
• Assist with guest requests and resolve concerns or issues
• Run daily night audit processing
• Perform check-in and check-out duties
• Compile and distribute house reports including arrivals, departures, and in-house reports
• Post overnight parking charges and sort daily receipts for restaurant outlets
• Manage wakeup calls and roll expected arrivals or no-shows to the next day
• Answer incoming internal and external phone calls

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, walk, or be on feet for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with basic industry terminology
• Knowledge of hotel fire and safety procedures
