Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Act as Front Desk Receptionist, Concierge and PBX Operator during the overnight shift
• Run daily night audit processing and reconcile revenue
• Perform guest check-in and check-out duties
• Assist with guest requests, concerns, and wakeup calls
• Compile and distribute house reports including arrivals and departures
• Sort and file daily receipts for restaurant outlets
• Post overnight parking charges and roll expected arrivals to the next day

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of customer or guest experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift or push up to 50 lbs
