About the Company

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during late check-ins
• Handle administrative procedures including check-in, check-out, and billing
• Ensure guest wake-up calls are executed correctly
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to the Front Office Manager via the night report
• Verify and post room charges for the night
• Manage the cash drawer and ensure accuracy
• Perform night audit tasks: close the day, balance cash registers, and generate revenue and reservation reports
• Conduct security rounds and collect breakfast slips
• Print invoices for departing guests for the following morning

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar luxury establishment
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work autonomously and with discretion
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in a second language
• Experience with Opéra PMS
