Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with Fairmont brand standards, ensuring warm, courteous, and attentive interactions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all front office transactions by auditing postings, balances, reports, and guest accounts.
• Resolve financial discrepancies promptly to maintain account integrity.
• Manage daily financial and operational processes, including end-of-day procedures and reporting.
• Monitor key metrics such as revenues, occupancy, and accounts to support efficient front office operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant Front Office or Night Audit experience within a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, auditing procedures, and financial reconciliation.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
