Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional demeanor
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities and local attractions
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
• Perform night audit duties and valet duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts
• Ability to commute to Metairie, LA
