Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts to ensure transaction accuracy
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with exceptional service
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries

Requirements

• Background in hospitality and hotel operations
• Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
• Proficiency in front desk procedures and multi-line phone systems
• Ability to perform night audit functions with high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience
• Knowledge of P.E.P. PMS software
