Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Manage Front Office operations including check-in, check-out, and guest care
• Perform daily closure, cashier checks for all hotel venues, and accounting reports
• Provide data for statistics and local government institutions
• Assist with all guest requests and handle emergencies according to procedures

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Italian; a third language is preferred
• Previous experience as a Night Auditor in 4 or 5-star hotels
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Infor HMS) and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptability
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
