Responsibilities

• Prepare client arrivals and manage check-ins
• Monitor the cash drawer and process payments
• Maintain excellent client relations with confidentiality and discretion
• Ensure guest well-being throughout their stay to provide an unforgettable experience
• Promote the establishment's products and services

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and smile in all circumstances
• Fluency in English
