About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest experience remains high during night shifts
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Verify all guest bills are accurate
- Coordinate with other teams regarding overbooking levels
- Answer phones and handle guest requests as a one-stop-shop
Requirements
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
- Previous hotel or similar experience is preferred but not required
