Night Auditor

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with end-of-day auditing and balancing for all hotel outlets
• Ensure the highest standard of guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
• Accurately manage guest accounts, reservations, and billing using Opera Cloud
• Maintain communication with all departments, handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
• Reconcile daily transactions including credit cards and F&B outlet reports
• Prepare reports and express check-out envelopes for the next day’s operations
• Adhere strictly to security protocols, ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety
• Maintain a tidy, well-stocked front desk and complete nightly checklists and reports

Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficiency in hotel management software (preferably Opera Cloud)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong numerical skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
