About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the team with end-of-day auditing and balancing for all hotel outlets
- Ensure the highest standard of guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay
- Accurately manage guest accounts, reservations, and billing using Opera Cloud
- Maintain communication with all departments, handling guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Reconcile daily transactions including credit cards and F&B outlet reports
- Prepare reports and express check-out envelopes for the next day’s operations
- Adhere strictly to security protocols, ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety
- Maintain a tidy, well-stocked front desk and complete nightly checklists and reports
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (preferably Opera Cloud)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
