About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome late-arriving guests and farewell early departures
- Reconcile hotel outlets and complete daily revenue postings
- Prepare and distribute reports to internal departments
- Confirm reservation details and in-house guest accounts
- Coordinate departures with the Front Office team
- Support guest requests, safety, and security overnight
Requirements
- Guest-focused personality
- Experience with Opera or a similar system
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexible availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
