Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during the night and provide front desk support
• Run night audits and complete hotel safety checks
• Assist with general hotel operations and prepare for the next day
• Support guest relations and handle special attention needs

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and team-player mindset
• Legal eligibility to work in the UK
• Second language is a plus
