Night Audit/Night Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the Night Manager in achieving individual performance and development goals
• Create shift, vacation, and duty rosters
• Share responsibility for the Front Office area during night operations
• Assist the Night Manager with department budget preparations and proactive planning to reach hotel goals
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service at all times during the night shift

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position is preferred but not required
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• A hands-on mentality and a proactive approach to tasks
• Proficiency with digital tools and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliability and the ability to work effectively in a demanding environment
