Responsibilities
- Ensure a seamless and secure guest experience during night hours
- Manage check-in and check-out processes
- Anticipate and deliver guest needs to the highest level
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth front office operations
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests throughout the night
