Night Audit

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room revenue, tax charges, cashier reports, and food and beverage revenue
• Complete and transmit daily management and accounting reports
• Assist guests with arrival and departure while providing positive experiences
• Complete registration processes by inputting and retrieving information from computer systems
• Manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly
• Handle cash and credit card transactions and process guest accounts upon checkout
• Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, and room rates
• Follow hotel safety policies and procedures to ensure team and guest safety

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
• Command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree
• Previous hotel Front Desk experience
• Hilton brand experience
• Hilton OnQ experience
• Accounting background
