NICE AI Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement NICE Proactive AI Agent solutions
• Implement AI platforms such as Omilia and Cognigy within enterprise CCaaS environments
• Develop enhancements and features within the NICE CXone ecosystem
• Code, test, and deliver high-quality software solutions, including unit testing and code reviews
• Support production environments and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with project managers, system analysts, and development teams to deliver projects within scope
• Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and product demonstrations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CCaaS or Unified Communications environments
• 3+ years of software development experience (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or C#)
• 3–4 years of ASP.NET development experience
• 3–4 years of JavaScript experience
• Hands-on experience with NICE CXone
• Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
• Experience with NICE CXone Studio
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• Knowledge of IVR/ACD, VoIP, Email, SMS, and Chat systems
