NG&NGL Operations Supervisor - Amine Treating Facility

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the amine treating facility, including gas sweetening, dehydration, and compression.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate facility operators and maintenance personnel.
• Monitor plant performance, throughput, and gas quality to ensure compliance with pipeline specifications.
• Coordinate startup, shutdown, troubleshooting, and emergency response activities.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, vessels, compressors, and related equipment.
• Conduct safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations to maintain a culture of safety.
• Manage amine systems, including circulation rates, filtration, and chemical inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations through effective procedure management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is required.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Midstream industry experience.
