NextGen Trainee Operator

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor modern production plants, from raw material processing to finished cement
• Utilize digital tools and automated control systems to analyze process data and identify optimization potential
• Contribute ideas for improving energy efficiency, resource conservation, and technical innovation
• Document shift progress, process data, and technical irregularities with high transparency
• Collaborate closely with maintenance, quality assurance, and environmental management teams
• Work within a shift system to ensure continuous, reliable, and environmentally conscious production

Requirements

• Ideally completed Technician or Master qualification (or comparable technical qualification)
• Strong technical understanding and interest in industrial processes
• Ability to work reliably and independently, even under physical demand
• High level of safety awareness and diligence regarding technology, people, and the environment
• Ability to work in a shift system
• Strong communication skills and resilience in challenging situations
