Next Steps Director

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to campus team members, encouraging spiritual growth and development
• Set, cast vision, and implement Central Department Strategy for Dream Team, Growth Track, and Baptism
• Establish goals and plan projects, conferences, and assignments three months in advance
• Lead weekly team meetings and one-on-one meetings with Coaches and Dream Team members
• Develop and review systems to measure campus progress using weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
• Support Coaches in their roles and lead monthly Coaches meetings
• Coordinate with Central Staff and Regional Group for resources, training, and best practices
• Oversee campus conference planning, team recruitment, and training for excellent execution
• Lead campus launch efforts to build adequate teams and train new leaders
• Create and monitor campus budgets for Dream Team, Growth Track, and Baptism

Requirements

• Proven experience in leadership development and leading leaders
• Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Experience collaborating with teams and problem solving
• Ability to interpret and analyze data and offer implementation strategies
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Highlands DNA, culture, systems, and vision
