About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage infrastructure for Small Groups, Pastoral Care, Growth Track, Dream Team, and Water Baptism departments
  • Maintain regular communication with the Dream Team Director and Small Groups Director
  • Assist with campus preparedness for services, activities, events, small group semesters, and conferences
  • Facilitate, equip, and resource Growth Track and Water Baptism events as needed
  • Support Host Teams, Small Group Teams, and Pastoral Care Teams with scheduling, communication, and leadership tools
  • Assist with creating growth strategies to ensure health on each team
  • Resource and support Worship, Production, Kids, and Students departments as needed
  • Assist with conference and event planning, including budgets, timelines, and implementation
  • Manage data input, reports, and follow-up in Rock for Connections, Host Teams, Small Groups, and Pastoral Care
  • Assist with administrative tasks in Rock, the Small Groups database, and Care App
  • Order and manage supplies for Growth Track, Dream Team, Small Groups, and Water Baptism
  • Monitor and evaluate Dream Teams for excellence and effectiveness
  • Observe guest experiences to ensure needs are met
  • Assist with leading Highlands College students as directed
