News Photographer

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality video and audio for newscasts and digital platforms
• Collaborate with reporters and producers to create engaging, deadline-driven stories
• Cover breaking news and live events using ENG and IP-based transmission technology
• Produce content optimized for broadcast, web, streaming, and social media platforms
• Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio gear, live transmission equipment, and news vehicles
• Exercise strong editorial judgment in fast-paced environments

Requirements

• 3–5 years of television news photography experience
• Strong video composition, lighting, and audio skills
• Proficiency in non-linear editing (Edius, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Experience with live transmission technologies (Satellite, Cellular Bonding, or IP workflows)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
