About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate smooth and successful launches for new growth projects and store form factors
- Use project management tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Suite to track progress
- Manage on-the-ground duties including unboxing supplies, installing equipment, and staging bar layouts
- Conduct equipment stress tests and coordinate with external contractors for internet and construction needs
- Manage logistics including transporting equipment to and from storage facilities
- Support inventory management and seasonal equipment transitions
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or new location openings
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Comfortable learning basic construction, plumbing, electrical, and equipment calibration
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable with travel and working evenings or weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license is preferred
