New Store Opening Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate smooth and successful launches for new growth projects and store form factors
• Use project management tools like Asana, Slack, and Google Suite to track progress
• Manage on-the-ground duties including unboxing supplies, installing equipment, and staging bar layouts
• Conduct equipment stress tests and coordinate with external contractors for internet and construction needs
• Manage logistics including transporting equipment to and from storage facilities
• Support inventory management and seasonal equipment transitions

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or new location openings
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Comfortable learning basic construction, plumbing, electrical, and equipment calibration
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable with travel and working evenings or weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license is preferred
