New Product Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day coordination of new product launches and track timelines/deliverables
• Maintain and update project timelines in Asana
• Follow up with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure actions are completed on time
• Coordinate internal meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag delays or risks to the Line Manager
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Packaging, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing
• Assist in gathering critical project information including BOMs, specifications, and forecasts
• Prepare project updates, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Support the standardization of processes, templates, and SOPs

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations, supply chain, or product development
• Experience in beauty or FMCG preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, Business, or Engineering
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with project management systems like Asana
• Fluent in English
