New Product Development Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day coordination of new product launches, ensuring timelines and deliverables are tracked accurately.
• Maintain and update project timelines in Asana, ensuring tasks, milestones, and dependencies remain current.
• Follow up with internal teams and external suppliers to collect updates and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Packaging, Quality, Purchasing, Regulatory, Finance, and Marketing.
• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and status summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and proactively flag delays, risks, or missing information to the Line Manager.
• Assist in maintaining SOPs and contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, supply chain, or product development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using project management systems such as Asana.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
