New Partner Experience Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily oversight of a team of New Partner Experience Agents
• Coach team members to develop skills and monitor behavior and attendance
• Develop and refine onboarding processes to ensure new restaurants are set up for success
• Report on performance and implement action plans to drive improved results
• Establish a performance management framework to ensure the team hits agreed goals
• Collaborate with other Team Leads to optimize operations
• Ensure restaurant partners are comfortable using our systems to maximize their partnership

Requirements

• Fluent or Native proficiency in both English and French
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience in account management or customer service
• Ability to work toward specific targets with a proactive, "get up and go" attitude
