Responsibilities

  • Own customer acquisition targets across new markets including new geographies, regulated utility partnerships, and homebuilder partnerships
  • Build repeatable processes and marketing playbooks to enable scaling into new markets
  • Design and run structured growth experiments across the funnel
  • Translate performance data into decision-making to prioritize growth initiatives
  • Ensure brand and value proposition consistency across new markets and strategic partner channels

Requirements

  • 3–10+ years of hands-on growth experience
  • Direct ownership of customer acquisition targets in a consumer or consumer-adjacent business
  • Experience operating in early-stage or unstructured environments
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with biz ops, design, sales, and product
  • Data-fluency connecting ad platform performance, on-site behavior, and CRM outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing and management consulting experience
