Responsibilities
- Own customer acquisition targets across new markets including new geographies, regulated utility partnerships, and homebuilder partnerships
- Build repeatable processes and marketing playbooks to enable scaling into new markets
- Design and run structured growth experiments across the funnel
- Translate performance data into decision-making to prioritize growth initiatives
- Ensure brand and value proposition consistency across new markets and strategic partner channels
Requirements
- 3–10+ years of hands-on growth experience
- Direct ownership of customer acquisition targets in a consumer or consumer-adjacent business
- Experience operating in early-stage or unstructured environments
- Ability to work cross-functionally with biz ops, design, sales, and product
- Data-fluency connecting ad platform performance, on-site behavior, and CRM outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing and management consulting experience
