Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full-cycle sales motion for high-fit target technology accounts from initial outbound orchestration through negotiation and close.
- Conduct sophisticated, pain-based technical discovery sessions to understand a prospect's data landscape, architecture challenges, and AI goals.
- Multi-thread accounts across both deep technical stakeholders and corporate business buyers.
- Partner with Solution Engineering to execute predictable proof of concepts (POCs).
- Build robust, ROI-driven business cases translating technical platform capabilities into quantifiable business value.
- Enforce execution of the MEDDPICC sales qualification framework.
- Act as a formal mentor and strategic deal coach to peer Account Executives.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of full sales cycle B2B SaaS sales experience.
- 3+ years selling complex technical products (BI/Analytics, Data Infrastructure, AI/ML, or API-first architectures).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding an annual quota of $500K–$1M+ ARR.
- Experience as a Team Lead, Senior Mentor, or Lead IC.
- Advanced mastery of enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message.
- Comfort discussing databases, cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), APIs, and generative AI.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
