New Homes Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and applicants across live new homes developments
• Host buyer appointments in the office and accompany them on site viewings
• Conduct telephone outreach to qualify buyers and book viewings
• Cross-sell between different developments to match buyers with suitable schemes
• Guide buyers through the full journey from initial enquiry to legal completion
• Support launch days, open house events, and developer marketing activities
• Use office systems to log activity, capture feedback, and update developer reports
• Liaise with developer clients to provide updates on sales progress and buyer feedback
• Negotiate between developers and buyers to achieve successful reservations
• Coordinate with solicitors and mortgage brokers to progress plots to exchange and completion

Requirements

• Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills
• Confident telephone manner for generating appointments
• Proactive and organized with the ability to manage a busy pipeline
• Knowledge of the new homes market and reservation processes
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle for travel between sites
• Willingness to work weekends, including launch days and open house events
