Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the entire home buying journey from first visit to contract to move in
- Deliver professional presentations regarding floorplans, homesites, pricing, and financing options
- Uncover buyer motivation through strategic questioning to facilitate confident decision-making
- Execute disciplined follow-up via phone, text, email, and personalized video
- Manage sales pipeline accuracy using CRM systems
- Coordinate with mortgage, construction, escrow, and customer care teams
- Maintain model homes and create a professional environment
- Generate traffic through referrals and realtor relationships
Requirements
- California Real Estate Sales License
- Proven ability to achieve measurable sales goals
