About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for Enterprise Business Applications in the New England market, with a primary focus on Salesforce services.
- Lead business development efforts by building relationships with account, sales, and industry teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader for Life Sciences clients, participating in RFIs, RFPs, workshops, and external industry events.
- Collaborate with regional leaders to tailor the Enterprise Business Applications Capability strategy to local industry needs and client communities.
- Support high-quality delivery by serving in billable leadership roles and mentoring delivery team members.
- Manage financial aspects of the capability, including growth projections, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a large consulting environment.
- Deep expertise in the Life Sciences industry, including current trends, regulations, and technology enablement.
- Proven track record of successful business development and managing C-level client relationships.
- Strong technical understanding of Salesforce architecture and experience implementing Salesforce cloud solutions.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain them shortly after hire.
- Proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Expert communication skills and experience with business operations such as SOW development and price modeling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow, Adobe, or Anaplan.
- Industry expertise in healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, public sector, or financial services.
