About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and foster long-term relationships with general contractors in Atlanta and surrounding areas
- Meet with decision makers to engineer door solutions for customer facilities
- Develop scope of work for each proposal and manage details from initial call to closing
- Achieve sales objectives and track sales leads and activities
- Provide timely and accurate estimates and proposals
- Maintain and update CRM system daily
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience with general contractors or industrial markets
- Strong aptitude for technical applications and mechanical systems
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to use Windows-based programs and sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Prior estimating experience generating proposals and submittals
