New Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects by understanding business objectives and marketing needs
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across prospective accounts
• Lead end-to-end pitch development and presentations for small to mid-sized opportunities
• Partner with Revenue Enablement to develop insight-driven proposals
• Support senior sales leadership on large, enterprise-level pitches
• Own deal progression from initial engagement through close
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene
• Stay current on industry trends in digital marketing and advertising technology

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
• Strong interest in digital marketing, media, or e-commerce
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships and establish credibility with clients
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-starter mentality with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting or participating in RFP or pitch processes
• Familiarity with major digital marketing platforms and marketing channels
• Exposure to CRM tools like Salesforce
