New Business Director

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver regional new business revenue targets for the DACH region
• Define and execute the DACH new logo strategy, identifying priority industries and target accounts
• Build and sustain a high-quality, scalable sales pipeline
• Lead and inspire a high-performing new business sales team
• Personally lead and support strategic, high-value, and complex deal engagements
• Embed AI-driven intelligence and modern practices into the sales lifecycle, including targeting and forecasting
• Build C-level relationships across key industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Sciences
• Partner with marketing, delivery, and strategic partners (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce) to drive aligned growth

Requirements

• Proven senior sales leadership experience within a digital consultancy or agency environment
• Strong track record of winning new logos and delivering significant revenue growth
• Experience leading and scaling high-performing sales teams
• Expertise in selling complex, enterprise-level digital transformation programs
• Strong DACH network with established access to senior decision-makers
• Practical understanding of how to apply AI in sales and client solutions
• Excellent consultative selling, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially driven with experience managing multi-million € targets
• Fluency in both German and English
