New Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate, nurture, and acquire leads for all digital services offered by the agency
• Research organizations and individuals to identify new business opportunities and markets
• Engage potential customers through meetings and discussions to convert leads into business
• Identify potential clients and establish contact with top management and key decision-makers
• Plan approach decks and pitches, developing strategic roadmaps for prospective clients
• Create and deliver impactful pitch decks and presentations to clients
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to close business with prospective clients
• Establish and maintain long-term associations with prospects and existing clients to ensure retention
• Create and execute roadmaps to meet the company's short-term and long-term sales goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in new business development or sales
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with an MBA preferred
• Proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations
• Deep understanding of the digital industry, business models, and digital services
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations
• Strong spreadsheet skills using MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and negotiation skills
• Proactive personality with a strong sense of ownership
