About the role
Responsibilities
- Contact previous and current clients to discuss opportunities offered by LRG
- Showcase excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
- Process online applications and convert them into appointments or leads for local branches
- Assist in the sales process by promoting products and services
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Work towards achieving KPIs set by managers
Requirements
